We tell you the obstacles that prevent us from being happy and enjoying the few or many moments we have of happiness in the course of life:

1. The routine. This obstacle is the greatest of all and the one that very surely prevents us from being happy, when your life turns into a monotony, where there is nothing new to tell or experience is where we completely lose happiness, nothing amazes us or shakes our being, we live in a flat world.

2. Fear. Fear is a feeling that paralyses people, so it generates in your subconscious a permanent state of unhappiness, worrying about more will not give you any benefit, on the contrary, it will not allow you to enjoy what you are living in your present.

3. Do not enjoy. We are so unable to enjoy the moment that we do not see the happiness we have in front of us for waiting for tomorrow to be a better day, that if today they gave me a flower tomorrow it will be a bouquet to be happier. It is time to enjoy the present, to be more assertive in what we do and in what we have; there is no perfect moment, you make it perfect.

4. Feel like a victim. There are people who live a life where they are victims of everything that happens to them: the phrases of "if only I had" or "if only I could", are their best alities, but to live like this is not to live, only in you is the power to say yes or no, in your life the only culprit of your unhappiness is you, wake up

5. The anger. Living angry with life is something that happens every day, if something does not go well it is because life treats me badly, and as something happened that does not favour me then I get angry and blame others for what happens to me and possibly I fight with whoever has a chance, the purpose is to take out that courage and explode. But be careful, this is nothing more than a bad time and it will surely happen, but if in your angry time you assaulted, insulted or hurt someone, rest assured that it will remain in the heart of that person to whom you made a bad day.

6. Rules. You can't expect the world to live according to how you want to live, the rules you have in your life, do not adapt to those of everyone, and it is also important to respect those that others have; not because you live unhappy because something does not seem to you, these will disappear or change.

7. Worry too much. It is difficult not to worry, because there will always be something that generates this feeling, the important thing is not to over it, work on those things that you can solve, and that, of what you are aware that you cannot change, remove it from your mind or, at least, make it not affect you.

8. Hatred. Hating someone is a feeling that directly affects you, because possibly the hated person does not even know it, hatred poisons the soul and is an obstacle that will prevent you from happiness, if something hurt you, give the responsibility to whoever corresponds, clean your soul and you will see that everything has a different colour.

9. Forgive. This word is complicated, since it is not easy to practice it: we can possibly forget, but forgive from the heart, not all of us can achieve it. It is important to identify that if we do not forgive from the heart we will not give ourselves the opportunity to be calm and in harmony with our being, since we will always carry those things that hurt and hurt our soul. You have to try and if it is done, undoubtedly a feeling of peace will invade our heart, being bright and radiating happiness to give and receive.

10. Pessimism. Pessimism, like optimism, have a similar reflection: people who live with burdening pessimism, see everything wrong and feel that only bad things happen to them, but unconsciously with that thought you are calling them, if we change bad thoughts for good, surely these will come, everything is in the way we see life.
